simple and stress-free.

30-DAY RETURN POLICY
You have 30 days from the date of delivery 
to return any item for a full refund.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
✓ Item must be unused and in original condition
✓ Original packaging preferred but not required
✓ Receipt or proof of purchase required

HOW TO START A RETURN
1. Email us at support@cozylively.com
2. Include your order number
3. Tell us the reason for your return
4. We'll send you simple return instructions
   within 1 business day

REFUNDS
Once we receive your return:
- Refunds processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund issued to your original payment method
- You'll receive a confirmation email

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you received a damaged or defective item, 
contact us immediately. We will send a 
replacement at no charge — no return needed.
